Where will you put Pav on the P4P list if he wins on Saturday? For me, this fight will tell me a lot about Kelly. As impressed as I am by Pav, his top-level competition over the last 18 months have been fairly straightforward fighters. Miranda is tough and strong but limited, with no ability to bring plan B. Jermain is very strong and athletic, but allows himself to be drawn into slugfests and even telegraphs his punches (As Hop pointed out once). Lockett? Well, Pav deserved that one. Now he fights the craftiest, most intelligent and defensive minded fighters of this generation. Hops brings nothing BUT complexity to the ring and he could very easily expose a fighter who has one plan, one speed and limited offensive options. As I say, this fight will tell a lot about Pav. And if he wins impressively, I'd place him in the top 3 or 4 P4Ps fighting today.
depends on how the fight is if bhop does what he does best and makes it his fight move him up to about 5/6 but if he imposes his will and makes bhope change his style some what he will be 4 and if he can put him down or ko him deff 2/3
A KO win has to put him top 3. An impressive decision will be almost as good, and a tough win does nothing to his stock. A loss would obviously be a pretty big setback though.
Cal just can win these days lol.:rofl Hop can turn old in any fight, and so far he has shown signs of slipping, but he is still very competitive losing only to Cal. I might think about moving Pav up if he beats Abraham. A man can't keep moving down on the pfp list and has not lost. If PAv beats Hop and Cal beats Roy, why move Pav up above Cal??? I need to see Pav against guys like Abraham, and some of those guys at 168.
