After seeing Pavliks lost to Hopkins, he was speechless and look very down and hopeless... the 43 yrs old Hopkins dominated him in the whole fight in all aspects... I dont know how this would affect Pavlik in his future fights even when he goes back down at 160... Whos lost "Cottos or Pavliks" would have the biggest impact on the fighter themselves mentally...

He looked a bit shocked and puzzled. I also think what happened at the end of round 12 really got to him, not sure why. He's a good guy, he seemed very upset that it went that way. He also looked less than pleased with his cornermen yelling and such. He looked lonely. Maybe I'm just stoned :D

I think Cottos was more of a physical beat down... But mentally when you take a knee it can play with your mind but Pavlik lasted the 12? I duno there alot of ways to look at it

Cotto's no doubt. He was getting his ass kicked and really was getting a bad beating. Its gonna be interesting to see how he bounces back from this. Pavlik can bounce back. He just needs to work on new punches and stop being so predictable with that 1,2.

It's hard to say. Too many factors involved, most of which we know nothing about with these two men. Pavlik stood his ground after losing to Hopkins and gave interviews directly afterward. Cotto ran back into his dressing room refused all interviews and was reportedly crying. Pavlik got off to a better start - we know that much.

Well... KP got dominated since rd 1 on the other hand Cotto was dominating his opponent for the first 6 rounds until he got KO'd on the 11th.

Both losses are hard to swallow since they were undefeated up to that point. I can't choose which one it's a worst loss. My inclination is to loose to a legend althougt Margo is not a bad guy either.

There are medics on hold in the dressing rooms. You ever been backstage at a fight?

lol yeah KP can just turn into a slick fighter overnight...and he got abused by bhop in an uncompetitive fashion where cotto was competitive for most of the fight but just lost to a machine...pavlik has no chance at ever winning more than 2 rds against bhop...cotto could although unlikely beat margarito
