I think that this question is a little vague he might make it in the top 100 but he is not one of the greatest.

He was soundly beaten with ease by DLH, BHop, Winky & Jones. Vargas is his best win. And oh, handwraps. Not hating, just facts...

My only beef with the guy stems from his participation in the robbery over DLH. However, a fact is a fact: He is truly a legend. He rilly should've retired after Mayorga. The one loss to the great B-Hop would've served to make this thread even more unecassary than it already is.

I voted no but if I were Boricua, I may have voted differently. He was definitely on pace to be a legend but his losses to Winky and Hopkins, along with the DLH fight, take too much away from his legacy...

    Bhop... who cares
    Roy jones... again.. who cares

winky - bad loss, not because it was winky, wink is a great boxer... but he was manhandled and whitewashed.

And im sorry, but oscar did NOT beat tito with EASE... this is getting blown up over the years, the announcers had it close, a lot of people had it close, and the judges had it for tito.

George Foreman who is the biggest Oscar nuthugger in the world even said he would not want to be a judge that night, meaning it was tough to choose a winner.

That being said i think its probably fair to give it to oscar.....

thats two losses that really matter.... winky and oscar.

    Tito is a legend
