    Joe's fans are not real boxing fans and I them very annoying. They seem to be content to see Joe in meaningless fights as if Joe stays undefeated they think people will buy into Joe's weak opposition. Joe will never be p4p number 1.

    Their excuse for Joe to not fight Chad was bc he doesn't have a name. Well damn like peter manfedro or bika does. Joe can sell an arena to bunch of idiots fighting tomato cans. I am sure Joe can make more money fighting Chad and not only that he will leave no doubt to critics that he is the real deal by beating the best light heavyweight today. Joe is a ***** and don't care about legacys.:bart

    Joe and his nuthuggers think that he doesn't need to give bhop a rematch and excuse is that he doesn't give rematches. Again what a *****. A champion should always give rematches on close matches. Joe fans are not real fans bc if they are they would want to see both of these fights.:deal :yep

    Do you not realize how dumb some of you folks sound.
    Seriously, first it was Lacy, then Pavlik, now Dawson. After Dawson it would be someone else.

    no we don't all think the RJJ bout is a great bout, it's a money making exercise for two men on their way out. no we're not all casual fans who only follow joe calzaghe. yes i'd like to see a dawson bout but then again he'd only be downgraded to the never was level alongside kessler and lacy if joe beat him. then you'd move onto pimping up someone else claiming calzaghe is running scared.

    haha, this **** is so laughable.

    joe beats hopkins. hopkins doesn't ask for a rematch. joe signs to fight RJJ and says he'll retire after that bout. the man who joe has just bettered beats pavlik, the man joe is supposedly running from then calls for a rematch despite calzaghe making it clear he wants out of the game after the RJJ fight before all this and somehow calzaghe comes out of this getting more and more **** from the usual suspects.

    what a lot of rubbish this thread is, why would you have to make excuses for someone thats never lost. and all the americans will do if joe was to beat chad would be too elevate another great hype/hope

    who are you to say who is a real fan and who isn't? Hopkins got beat in the first fight. Calzaghe fought him in America. Even if Calzaghe wins again haters still wont give him credit. Just like they didn't for defending his title successfully for a decade. His undefeated record. His defeates of 9 former current or former champs. His wins over Lacy, then Kessler, the Hopkins. If you took off your biased glasses, you might see the problem isn't coming from Calzaghe fans, its coming from you.

    i am a joe fan and want him to fight dawson in cardiff before retiring.
    joe will kick dawson`s arse,he has no decent defence and calzaghe will punch ten tons of **** out of him.

    even if he does fight dawson and beat him like he did lacy,, there are still going to be people on here who spend half their lives hating on joe
