He doesn't have one punch KO power, but he's put loads of people on their asses and when they get up, unsteady, he finishes them, for example, Mario Veit twice (although he is a genuine chump), Byron ?Mitchell, he floored Eubank (one of the very few people to have done so) Ritchie Woodhall and many more

Could be true and he has a chance to get it done. It could also be mind games just before the fight, I'm pretty sure his tactic is to be very active in there and outwork Jones with his activity, if a KO comes then it comes, don't think it will be his main goal.

I'm not talking about his actual performance. Hopkins' style negated Calzaghe's style and vice-versa; 9 times out of 10 it will be an ugly looking fight; it has to do with their styles.

He didn't have the spark he once had, building up to the fight, or in the fight itself. I noticed this starting with the Kessler fight; I'm sure it has to do with prime, and what not, but still- Too bad he didn't get some of these fights earlier on in his career. Granted he fights more intelligently now, and is adaptive, but I like watching the younger Calzaghe i.e., turning his punches over, getting in his opponent's grill-house, etc.

Long gone are the days of old. :-(
