Mayweather did something very much like that, in the footage of his training before the Hatton fight. Of course, even he seemed to realise it looked stupid and stopped it after a while.
So...Your saying Hopkins COULD NOT knockout Calzaghe? Also by using your logic then nobody could knock out Cal... It doesn't make sense to me so let me try to take it all in. If Hopkins steps in to Calzaghe the man is going to score monstrous points, and apparently you think there's no way in hell Hopkins could knock him out, and that's the reason you don't step in to him??? Now, if your somebody like B-Hop, and you stay away from him, or just fight him normally he's gonna outscore you because of his volume of punches...? What in the hell are you suppose to do then?! I say if your right about Cal then I wouldn't see why you wouldn't step in, and TRY to knock him out. If the man is gonna outpoint/ outwork you then that's really your only chance. BTW: I do agree about a prime Roy Jones. A prime Jones is really the only one who could beat Calzaghe at his own game...Minus somebody knocking him out.
Also, to all of you people saying how what he's doing so easy, and are like....Yeah, I smoke 5 carton of cigarattes a day, drink a 12 pack, haven't got off my computer for 3 weeks straight, but I just got up 5 minutes ago, and started punching my wall like he's doing, and I must have thrown 600 punches easy like he does in 1 minute, and I'm not even winded! Please....If your one of these people RECORD THAT ****! I honestly don't believe any of you on here could do the exercise he's doing (again, I agree there not legitimate punches) for 1 minute and come near 500 punches. I also guarantee you couldn't last 3 minutes straight! If you can SHOW PROOF
