He had done some strange things before the long count. Like never calling a hold on Bute untill the 11th round. And warning Andrade the only other time Bute was hurt. I didnt like that ref at all. If they fight again which they probably wont Bute is done.

Agreed. Bute isn't a Sven Ottke or anything of that nature. He was just the benefit of an incompetent referee, nothing more nothing less. Bute is a good dude whose going to get a bad rip over this one.

This isn't a Sven Ottke situation where Ottke was more or less opnely winking at the ref during every clinch.

 

Well, i didn't like the fact that he held like a girl everytime Andrade got close. That was some girly stuff.

The ref really ****ed up. Between waiting until the 11th to warn Bute for holding, a bull**** knockdown and blowing the count, I am convinced this referee has ADD and just can't focus for more than 7 seconds at a time before becoming distracted.

 

I dont blame Bute one bit, in fact I admire him for his heart and will to get up while be out of it

but still that shouldnt be enough for ANdrade to get robbed
