I take a Fish oil pill, Vit D, Vit E, & Cod liver oil in the morning and Vit B later in the day. I heard you are not supposed to mix Vit E with B or was it D with B?

I dont think vitamins are regulated by the FDA. So basically, you dont know if the levels they claim on the label are really correct unless there were independent labs which reviewed them.

I just take a walmart brand multivitamin. I couldnt really tell you if the more expensive ones were worth it or not unless you seen some data somewhere indicating they were better.

For other things like whey, brands can make a difference and the midgrade stuff is alot better taste and bloating wise than the cheap crap. For multivitamins:conf I just get whatever is cheap.

same here. i'm no nutritionist expert but somethings work better for different people and you won't really start seeing results after acouple of weeks or even months. trial and error, trial and error. i know your gonna laugh but i'd actually buy the flintstones stuff cuz it just tastes good like candy, which i stay away from and substitute with fruits, and it's chewable unless u don't mind swallowing horsepills. i've bought the little packs, they're ok, honestly i didn't feel much of a boost with centrum, gold or platinum labels, but lately i'll buy a nutricious shake with vitamins blended in 2-3 times a week after a rugged workout so u get to enjoy it. usually i'll get the smoothie from a mall nearby, a gym, or a mexican ice cream store called la paletera, which are the best. all they use are natural ingredients. i have to admit the joe weider creatine is doing wonders for me it's only 10 bucs and i've tried the $90 stuff if you workout pretty hard and follow the instructions, sleep and eat well, you will feel a considerable boost in strength and stamina. i used to max out after 500 pushups and 245lbs after about 2-3months i take it alittle further with 600-700 pushups and 275lbs and i'm only 5'6''. i'm also losing weight as i go along as i've replaced the whey with just the creatine and went from about 190lbs. to about 165-170lbs and my goal is 147-154. i also have fun doing it and so far i'm hooked. i guess just do your research man and buy a cheap brand and an expensive one, check out the amount of milligrams, which doesn't guarantee it's better, but see which one works for u.

Fruit and veg plus starcy carbs(wholegrain variety is best) Fish and Bit of dairy is the best way to get daily vits and mins...

Yeast is best for b12 so if like marmite go ahead

    Hope this helps
