When Floyd said after the fight, "the world did not want to see me humiliate ODH" and that "he was so easy to hit I dont know how he beat all those guys" Floyd took it light on him. You can tell he just held back and thats why it looked like a sparring match. Floyd unleashed whoop ass on everybody else. And ODH was gased too. No doubt Floyd did not look to put on a clinic. I mean he couldnt stop laughing and smiling during ODH flurries. I mean he was literally smiling holding back laughter.

Oscar couldnt have hit him clean that night if I lent him my ****ing .12 gauge Coach Gun. On the other hand, that laser like Right Hand of PBF's couldnt miss. It's like Baby Floyd had laser sighting zeroed in on Oscar's fat ****ing face. :good

I had Floyd clearly winning 8-4, although in no way was it domination. Most people had the fight about even after rounds, this video is obviously edited and you could do the same to make it look like Oscar won. Both fighters had their moments but Floyd took over late in the fight and won himself a decision.

I actually never got to watch the fight, but judging by those videos...I wish Floyd would come back, and try to fight Marg the same way he fought De la Hoya.
Judging by the videos Mayweather had no respect of Hoya's power. He mixed it up more than usual, wasn't riding around the ring on his bike, etc. Stood there, and fought for the most part. Of course he wouldn't do that to marg, but I'd love to see him try ;). Shame we'll probably never see it, but then again...What would seem like a interesting fight where one man is super tough, and the other super skilled...It would probably end up being BORING.

Mayweather was impressive enough, but take it from someone that saw the fight.....Mayweather did alot of backtracking and went to the ropes to play defense quite often......his workrate was not very high.....

What Mayweather was, was very calculating and respectful of DLH's left hook.....
.....I think it was key for a Mayweather victory that DLH does not have a very good right hand to speak of. Mayweather took away the left hook and it made it much easier for Mayweather not to get hit with power from DLH.

he really made oscar look foolish at times...i think at one point in one of the late rounds he hit him with the same combination about 10 times on the spin...jab to the body right across the top

    yeah anything other than an
8-4 for floyd is really showing your inability to judge a fight

that score is like set in stone if you re-watch the fight

but for those of you saying floyd held back... its because floyd was nervous... if you watch the fight over from the second their doing the pre fight interviews to the second the bell rings... you can tell floyd wasnt as loose as he normally is...

    not sure if it was

    - the weight he never fought at
    - the size of the crowd
    - all the trash talking he was doing
    - the fear of getting beat on a large stage

whatever it was there was he was nervous and because of that he fought and extremely cautious fight.. and it showed throughout the fight.. floyd normally lets his hands go a little more... i think because of the comfort and experience he gained in the first fight floyd had a plan to let his hands go in the rematch and avenge what he thought was a robbery

I will have to put a nick in the post.

This is the first time I've seen one of your scores that I agree with.

    I gave Oscar 2,3,4,6,7 and 8.

    Then he stopped jabbing !

While I scored it a draw, I'm fine with the decision. Floyd landed the cleaner, crisper more aesthetically pleasing punches, and won his rounds more clearly.

That's why I said, all in all, the judges probably got it right.
