Could Anthony Mundine Succeed As A Middleweight In The US?

    Ikeke, Jantuah, Demers and Miranda are better than anyone Mundine has beaten. Green was only rated that high because of how weak the SMW division was.

    Also, Eastman is on a par with the version of Echols that Mundine faced (over a year layoff before the Mundine fight during which he was shot!)

    Mundine is massively overrated.

    I never said he was but YOU said Geale was scared of Choc, when there is evidence that clearly disputes that.

    Also Sturm is about the fight a mandatory they he may not even win. Even if he does its probably a year before he has to fight Choc, if Choc wants to continue at middle and if he actually ever fights at the weight that is.

    Im not speaking on his behalf. But when he has been in the ring with Kessler and Green. If anything thinking about Geale would help him sleep at night.

    So a loss and a win against another never-has-been is something? Froch is another over-hyped fighter. Abraham has Eastman, Ikeke, Taylor, Miranda twice and Ghevor at his record. Much better than anything Mundine did. Even Sturm has a better record with DLH and Castillejo on it. Same with Sylvester with Asikainen and Castillejo.

    Hmm.. this makes me think that Anthony writes on ESB and is trying to hype a complee unknown in Geale (who the **** is that???) so that he can fight another can in his next fight. Bad move.

    If this Gaele is someone he should fight then let Geale show this first, because Mundine really cannot afford another bum on his resume. There are already more bums on Mundine's resume than in the queue for soup on Christmas eve.

    No actually theres a lot of substance here.

    To use my personal views:

    i do think he will be a big name in the US.

    I think he will stop Geale early in January (IBO). Fight Sturm in US. Win that. Its hard for Sturm to win, when his opponent comes in at 175 and has speed and power advantages. Then he will take down an espino type fighter.

    Before fighting a big name, who i think he will loose to.
