    My feeling too.

I thought Hopkins would win, but then again I thought Miranda and JT would win too. Hell, I even thought Lockett would put up a good fight and might pull off the upset.

Calzaghe's faster feet and vastly higher workrate will be the difference. I anticipate a late-round stoppage.

I think Roy will win because he won't be intimidated by Joe's power, so he'll be fighting with confidence. RJJ is faster and hits harder, and I think he's going to win a UD.

I said Klitschko would win against Peter and Hopkins against Pavlik. It even earned me a little money (and virtual money on ESB). For this fight however I have no clue. My gut feeling tells me Calzaghe, but I would not be too surprised if Jones takes it.

I'd lie if I said that your pick didn't make me hesitate, but Jones is done as a top boxer. He's a favorite fighter of mine so I don't mind seeing him in these dog and pony shows beating lesser fighters, but I know that he's shot. Calzaghe will beat him.

I disagree, Roy Jones of 2008 is not faster.

Yeah, but Calzaghe beat your boy B-Hop. So you've got a little wisdom on your side with this pick! :good

Let me start by saying, that I dont think that Joe will overlook Jones like Pavlik did Hopkins.

Now we have to remember that Jones is still very, very quick and can box very smoothly causing anyone problems, he also showed a great Jab against Trinidad. He will need that great jab as well effective counter punching to beat Calzaghe.

But most of all he will need to earn Joe's respect early and often in order to set the tone that favors him.

I think that he can do all these things.

I expect a great performance from Roy Jones hopefully a UD win.

Then bring on Jones vs. Hopkins 2.

Calzaghe close UD - I think it will be a pretty competitive fight for the first half (scores going either way at this point) - I can see Calzaghe pulling away on the scorecards in the second half of the fight.

    im picking RJJ

seeing the way Calzaghe fights is to broad his shoulders and then attack (slap) with both hands, I think RJJ will have enough speed in his jab to prevent Calzaghe from doing this.

Calzaghe by UD, the question is how dominantly he does it, probably more so than in the Hopkins fight. roy is easier to hit than Hop, and I agree with the poster who said why isn't roy punching? Reflect on Tarver Joones 1 ,only Joe does not hit as hard as Tarver, but he throws more punches and is faster.

Calzaghe tko 10 in a non-competitive fight.Roy Jones last two fights against Hanshaw and Trinidad were very unimpressive in my opinion.Losing 4 rounds against one Light-Heavyweight Felix Trinidad doesn't suggest you have a chance of beating Joe Calzaghe.

I picked B-Hop with great confidence but this fight is alot harder to predict.

Joe will have to watch out for the left hook of Jones when he comes in and Roy will have to watch out for the looping Calzaghe left.

I see a close decision for either guy. At a push I go for Calzaghe.

I predicted a contraversial Kelly Pavlik SD, but I'll agree with this anyway. I see a listless RJJ, the same one who fought Glen Johnson.
