Meh. Not as bad as Wlad vs Austin or Thompson, but 5 years too late.

You can't really blame Wlad, there isn't anyone decent around. Haye is getting exposed soon, Vauev would be OK I guess but he'll probably fight Vitali. Everyone else is about on the same level as Rahman except less well known.

I read the thread title and thought ' what the ****, is this a joke ' - Another fine example of how bad this sorry division really is.

It also makes you think if any of those useless *******s Briggs,Tua or even Fraudley kept active then they might be fighting Klitcsho instead of long washed-up Rahman.Sweet jesus!

I just don't know what the point of this is, i mean the odd lucky punch and Rahman takes him out? I mean i guess this is inevitable due to time tables and who ever is available to fill the shoes but . . hell, is there just no other fighter they could have gotten, and the way Rahman looked in his last match with Toney, no way. Well at least he's fighting someone i guess since obviously there aren't any better fighters out there to choose from, yah right.

Where would Rahman be if he didn't get lucky against Lewis (and everyone seems to forget that the rematch was brutalising)

Go ahead and look up my history on Wlad, Im a sympathizer and fan of his, I would of been happy with a maskaev or golota fight instead of Rahman.

Rahman is an insult to the sport who hasnt looked like a real heavyweight contender in 2 years, and didnt properly train for his last chance fight against Toney, he needed a way out and got it by quitting.

Its a damn shame Wlad is giving this guy a big payday when he no where near deserves it.

****, I would be more happier if Wlad fought Ibragimov again instead of disgraceful Rahman.

What do you want? A rematch with Brewster?
    I would have liked Briggs.
