    Next for Vic...

    Either Montiel, or this guy:

Well, I wouldn't say he really got outboxed, because everything that happened in this fight was so basic. Mijares didn't seem to do anything right. I'm not making excuses (I really don't give a ****, I'm not a Mijares fan), but he just had no idea what to do with Darchinyan.

Nice skills by Direll and a lot of heart by Oganov.

I'm off now - the other fight (darc vs. someone) doesn't excite me.

Do you remember typing this today? Are you sure you even knew who Mijares is?

Direll looked good today. Very smart fighter.

    ________

    But Mijares...

Is there a new heir to Judah in dumb-ness? Could he possibly have fought a dumber fight? This kid needs serious help because he could fight his way out of a paper-bag. Finally Judah can relax.

Yep, that's what was shocking about this fight. Vic actually outboxed the boxer!

And you're still posting your "opinion" on Mijares after this one?

Mijares is still a very good boxer, he just lost to a better man.

In the words of Lou Duva "Jab until you can get something eles to work"

No he was getting outboxed, Vic stayed in the middle of the ring for the most part and landed his shots, and many cases or most cases he was doing so going backwards.

I'll give credit to Nonito who took advantage of Vic's weakness. He's quite strong and fast. Time for him to go up and fight Vic for the titles.

Mijares was like a punching bag for Vic today. He is an easy target. No defense. He hardly moved.

Vic should fight Gorrez if he can't fight Donaire. Two of the best Pinoy fighters.

First Cotto gets stopped and now his idol Mijares. All we need is for RJJ to KTFO Calzaghe for this guy to commit instant suicide. :rofl
