Hard to say, we could always just go down the route of 'the green 160 Charles gets beat by the super-talented 160 Roy'. But its very difficult to say in reality.

Any opinion on the Floyd-Whitaker one? Ive never seen Floyd in with someone like that so i really dont know, but that may be one of the reasons i'd pick Pea.

    Anyway!

Dempsey-Marciano- the world sits back, takes a deep breath, and watches...

Duran-Whitaker- its just that i rate these as the best lightweights ever in terms of h2h, and the best deserve to fight the best.

    Lamotta-Fulmer- standing on a penny

Burley-Leonard- how interesting would this great, great fight be?

    Gomez-Morales- two warriors.....

These were just really off the top of my head after the first two, just thought i'd contribute rather than talk ****!

1.) Salvador Sanchez - Eusebio Pedroza. I usually pick Sanchez but waffle on this one often. For one fight I think it's pick'em. For a series, I'd give Sanchez the edge due to adaptability.
2.) Jeff Chandler - Lupe Pintor. I'll take Chandler by the most narrow margin.
3.) Eddie Mustafa Muhammed - Matthew Saad Muhammed. I'll take Eddie by late stoppage.
4.) Alexis Arguello - JC Chavez at 130. Chavez wins this at 135, but I'd give a slight edge to Arguello at 130. I think Arguello was just a bit quicker than he was at 135
5.) Carlos Monzon - Marvin Hagler. I'd give Monzon a slight edge based on consistent scoring with that piston jab.

    1. Heavy: Corbett - Tunney. A purists bout.
    2. Lt.Heavy: Charles - Jones. Lets settle this once and for all.
    3. Middle: Graziano - B Hop. Fun while it lasts.
    4. Welter: Zivic - Whitaker: This one is for Sweet Pea. Whitaker dosn't know whether to **** or go blind in this one.
    5. Lt. Weight: Leonard - Armstrong: Benny could box or brawl and we all know Armstrong.

I never really thought about how they would match up at 160, both guts were yet to hit there peak. I'll have to get back to you on this one.
