too early for this kind of fight for concepcion. even next year is still dangerous for him imo. theyre rushing it again, like the other filipino pugs :-(

I agree with the majority here-Lopez by ko. Its a nice addition to the DLH-Pacquiao card. Lopez, if he wins, keeps racking up nice wins and I hope he gets built up to a huge fight in late 09/early 2010 with the winner of Vasquez-Marquez 4.

i think concepcion is not ready yet. the kid has heart and a ton of skill but junma is a big step up from the fighter concepcion is used to beating. he just does not have the experience yet.

god man. he was getting tagged easily in his last fight. i fear wheat lopez does to the kid. both these guys fight out of a southpaw stance. one lazy jab from concepcion and his head gets taken off.

Exactly! I don't know why some managers want to expose their boxers so early. There is always this passion for UPSET of the year thing?!

At this time Jaunmna is toooooo good from concepcion..

Concepcion is the heavy underdog here but I like this fight more compared to JuanMa vs. Sergio Medina.

Should be a great fight while it lasts.

Who's "THEY"? You've got to be clear on this because not all Pinoys agree w/ their promoters/managers that Abe is now ready for this big fight. "THEY" are his promoters/managers not the Filipino people, let alone Pinoy boxing fans.

Another problem I see moreso for Concepcion is that he only has a month to train for this fight against Lopez.

He's still a kid but he's been into many tough fights and he can bang. Tho his opponents were not the top fighters and most skilled boxers in his division but this kid showed he can handle those tough situations.

JuanMa will be a very very tough opponent for the kid to say the least.

Lopez also has one month to prepare for Concepcion. Lopez was expecting Sergio Medina at first.

That's why I said 'it will be moreso of a problem for Abe', meaning that yes it's a problem for Lopez but moreso for Concepcion because he won't be the favorite going into the fight and he is facing an opponent who is very big for 122 pound division.
