i read the newspaper and pac says in a phonepatch

"There's no problem with me if its Mayweather, you know me, I'm ready to fight" "I'm not avoiding Marquez too. If i can fight Oscar, then I can fight him a third time. If the price is right."

so its marquez or mayweather after dlh fight

    Pac should fight Mayweather

DLH should fight Chavez Jr, at Azteca Stadium and then retire

If Pac wins, go for Htton then Mayweather. If not then JMM.
For Floyd, if he wins then Calderon for another belt. If not then Penalosa to avenge a loss from a Filipino.

The winner of this one will be fighting Ricky Hatton.

If Pac wins, DLH is done.
If DLH wins, Pacquiao will most probably fight JMM or Nate Campbell.

Is anyone nervous about how Pac will do when (or if I suppose) he returns to lighter weights? Remember Jones and Tarver complaining that they had lost too much weight (after Ruiz and Rocky) and that is why the lost their fights? Is something similar possible here?

If Packy gets far comfortable ranging 147-150. It will be hard for him to go back at 135 and below. He had trouble back then at Barrera II where he went from fatty to thin and made him slow and unexplosive that time. He might really go grab Hatton's belt at 140 and stay there until JMM agrees on the purse.

Win or lose I think pac should fight Soto, Hatton(for another big pay day) nate or JMM again. DLH should fight margarito, cotto and perhaps Williams. Those would be good bouts.

Pacquiao should fight JMM next, win or lose.

De La Hoya should retire win or lose, or have a final farewell fight against Mosley after SSM loses to Margarito.

DLH will fight any of the fighters coming up in weight, almost guarantees he doesn't get beat up!

plus hatton in london is a tough challenge

Oscar is about Money. If Floyd ain't coming out to fight him May 2009 we might have the same situation as last year with Margarito & Cotto fighting to get a shot at Oscar Dec 2009.

I think we can forget about Oscar fighting a Williams, Vernon Forrest, Chavez Jr, etc.

The only names that make any sense to him are Floyd, Margarito, and Cotto

Pac should face Nate campbell, Ricky Hatton, or if he decisively beats Oscar, would a Floyd vs Pacquiao be totally out of the question?
