Whats Next For Kessler

Kessler wants to fight americans, HBO wants him to fight americans...But who is ready to face Kessler ? Winky, Taylor, Hopkins, Jones or Pavlik ?

Kessler is only interested in a Larsen fight if there is a belt in it for him, in the same way that Froch, Inkin and Bute is interesting if they have a belt...

I think he knows/feels that he would never get the big fights again(Calzaghe) if he dosent get belts...Then the americans could just say who is Kessler, like Winky Wright and Hopkins has already stated.

 

Kessler should fight Pavlik next at catchweight (to boost his US profile)

Then Taylor (after he's whipped Lacy)

Then a 45 year old Hopkins (if he's still going)

Kessler needs to step up now, he's a talented fighter but if he stays away from the big US fights then he's wasting his career.

 

Kelly Pavlik wouldnt go anywhere near Mikkel Kessler, expect him to site on the middleweight belt, he aint moving up in weightagain for a long long while.

 

Well Kessler is quite a precise counterpuncher and Miranda would have his work cut out for him if/when he pushes for the KO. It would be interesting to see Miranda test Kesslers whiskers though.

 

Miranda would get dominated and then knocked out. A good fight to make Kessler look good on HBO nothing more.

 

Is this Miranda bull**** STILL going on? Get over it, the guy got embarrassed in the ring against Arthur.

He should try to get at Taylor, being that Taylor defeats Lacy. If he cannot get Taylor, he should go slap up Froch or Bute.

 

taylor\lacy , pavlik, bhop, Dawson, miranda...........that must be the options he got in terms of gettin in bed with HBO as i see it.

i think it is in kesslers best interest to fight taylor,then maybe froch or bute if he still has his belt.

Even Bute would fight him if Interbox could get a good deal going with Palle. Taylor? Not so sure. Larsen - definitely. Hopkins? Don't think so. RJJ if he loses to Calzaghe? Don't think so. Dawson? Don't think so...

...doesn't leave that many, does it? What other Americans out there would fancy a go? Not sure... Winner of Bika v. Manfredo? Yeah...sure! Winner of Froch v. Pascal? If Froch, maybe...if Pascal, he'll fight Bute.

I hope Taylor takes it. He opens all the doors for the SMW division now.

 

Hopefully Taylor but more realistically a Germany-based fighter. The winner of Inkin vs. Balzsay would be a good option but could Palle and Kohl come to an agreement? Probably not.

So Kessler will probably end up fighting one of Sauerlands guys. Perdomo (who I believe is with Sauerland?), Tsypko or Murat. People will say it's a **** fight (and it would be) and Palle will blame it on anyone but himself and say everyones ducking Kessler.
