Well I could have took it one step further and figured in hours, minutes and seconds. :nut

Win or lose, no matter, go for it with the painting Jets. Remember, do the one where Golota has Bowe up against the ropes, ***** slapping him silly with a beautiful straight right hand. Golota's face looks determined and vicious, Bowe's looks mangled and deformed!

When Golota first fought Bowe in 1996, he weighed 242 lbs.

Now, 12 years later at age 40, he weighs in at 242 lbs.

Indeed Izo, what Golota lacked in the mental department, he's always made up for with intense dicipline via his training.

Only a damned fool (or someone who knows nothing about Golota) would accuse Golota of not taking his training serious enough. I dont think Golota has ever came into a fight out of shape. He was a little heavier vs Bates but it was his first fight back and he was only 4 or 5 lbs over than his usual. In his weigh in pics vs Austin, he looks a little bit heavy, but nothing to be concerned about. After all Golota was 242 lbs when he first fought Bowe. He weighed 241 lbs vs Corey Sanders.

Went from putting 185 up for like 18 reps to maybe 6x in 3 weeks. It was pretty amazing

I am 6'1 and I weigh around 225 lbs. I am flabby with a high 27% body fat. By the summer I plan on getting down to my natual 170 lbs but I want to retain muscle while I burn fat. In my early 20s I was a sickly 6'1 130 lbs. Ever see the movie The Machinist? I wasn't far from that!

This train has a great chance of crashing tomorrow. I'm cheering for Golota, but Austin's style is going to give him big problems and he appears to be in improved shape.

Yep, starting is most definitely the hardest part. I've been "trying" to start for years now but I always procrastinate. But come hell or high water I am starting next week. I'll post before and after pics come next June!

But anyway, like you said let's forget all that stuff and talk more about what Austin's face will resemble after tomorrow morning! Austin will surely be pissin' blood for a month!

That's blasphemy in St. Andrew Golota's thread. Golota is unbeatable in this temple. :yep

Austin deserves to be pissing blood for weeks for even daring to step into the ring with the almighty golota.

If you want to discuss Golota's weaknesses, that's fine. But you obviously have no idea what you are talking about. Golota is "out of shape and will gas out by the 5th"? That's absolute rubbish. When has Golota EVER came in out of shape and gassed out? Again, Golota weighed in at 242 lbs, the exact same weight he was 12 years ago when he was in his physical prime against Bowe. Talk real, or be gone.
