Probably he should, but not the Buddy guy.
Maybe he should ask Adamek's trainer?

How do you feel to a few hours after the fight?Does your hand hurt a lot?

ANDRZEJ GOŁOTA: Ehh the hand. more my heart. I put so much work in the preparation of this fight.... I was in great form! And here I got lucked out.. Why did this happen to me? Im sure that in the 3rd or 4th round i would of knocked him out!

PS: How are you so certain? Austin threw more punches and was more active.

Yea but he wasnt able to knock out a old man. I seen this thing, I couldnt do nothing about my left hand, I wanted to finish him with a right hand. If I wouldnt have to fight so many rounds, I would of tried my hardest to at least put up with one, but not 11!

PS: In begining of the fight you were counted down...From the first second Austin hit you hard with his attack, what happened?

He surprised me, but this was not the blow, which did me harm. Szybko wstałem i parę razy go trafiłem. I got up quickly and a couple of times I did hit him. But suddenly I felt a pain in my left arm. I do not know even whether experienced this injury after his punch on my bicep, or I threw a punch and missed. I was not in the condition to be able to do anything. Not to raise my hand, or block punches.

PS: What's next with your career?

In two, three weeks down plaster and start rehabilitation. Time also to finally set off on skis. Boxing? We'll see. One I know, in the house for sure I will not sit at home all day. Teraz polecę na kilka dni do Pekinu, żeby zwiedzić to miasto. Now im going for a few days to Pekin to vitit the town.

    Heres another one i translated

If he wants to continue, and he's in good condition, more power to him.

I admire his tenacity and belief in himself. He's not hurt, or punch drunk, so let him fight on, if he wants to. He's still got his wits about him, and is still disciplined enough to always come in great condition, ready and trained, so if he can get get healed and then an Austin rematch, bring it on!

Go, Golota! I am still behind ya, big guy.

    Good job!:good

Just curious, why you couldn't translate that line near the end & one in the middle of the interview?

Anyway, AG will be back. Old or slow, if not for the injury, Austin would have been in big trouble in a few rounds.

    Golota needs Bloodworth back...:deal

When did you find out that you beat Golota? After the first KD or three seconds into the fight?

Ray Austin: Nie, bo widziałem walki w których Gołota się przewracał, wstawał i wygrywał przez nokaut.
Ray Austin: No, because I saw the fights in which the Gołota was knocked down and always stood up and went on to win by KO. He is a tough, strong opponent. Watch the tape, fighting with one hand, and small chance he would put my on the canvas. I noticed when the Doctor was looking at Golota and then at that point i realized there wouldnt be a round two. It was not until then.

Did you know that somthing is wrong?

RA: Only at the end of the round, maybe a little before the second KD. He began to move all weird inside the ring, and when he turnd his back side to the ropes. I thought at first that he wants to play a trick on me or so, or maybe change his position, and start to fight me in reverse, but he only stood, so i just threw cominations begining with my right.

Each punch fell. At the end, he went at me fast, i couldnt get out from the line of punches and i got hit in the head.. If i were to stay in the same spot, or maybe try to hit him on counter and it would have been a mistake, becouse I left that punch.

But I knew that somthing was wrong with Golota, becouse he wanted to block my punches wiht his right hand and with the same hand throw punches. Its impossible.

Do you not believe in conspiracy theories and pseudo-concussion?

RA: Nonsence, complete nonsence. This is heavyweight. He moved away so I can hit him in his jaw? Im sure hes not suicidal.

If one does not want to fight, than you dont get into the ring

Golota got hit my me once, then he got his injuries and i dont know what to say. This is a sport.

Like all boxers from fighting against the Gołota started from immediate attacks, knowing that it was the most difficult moments for the Pole.
Did you do that on purpose?

RA: Niekoniecznie, bo ja zawsze tak zaczynam, bo chcę zobaczyć jakie rywal ma jaja.
RA: Not necessarily, because I always start fight this way, because I want to see what kind of balls my opponent has.

If he survives and will warm up by a round or two, I know who I am facing.

Thats why i always regret the Klitshcko fight.

I fought like a jackass, and to top it off it disregarded.

But I always go attacking form the oppening bell. But with Golota, I had even more motivation.

Was it because thats his weakness?

    RA: Not particularly.
Straciłem w Czengdu, od przyjazdu z Cleveland, prawie 7 kilogramów, nie miałem takiej wagi chyba od 10 lat.

I lost 7 pound when i got here to China, from Cleveland, I never had this kind of weight in over maybe 10 years.

I didnt know if i would last a full 12 rounds, depened on how much of engery i had,

But overall, i was feeling good, but I have no idea how i would fight on after the 7th or maybe even 8th rounds.

If I would get weak, and Golota would still be in the ring by then, he maybe might have gotten to me.

I didnt wanna wait, i felt it was necessary to start fighting from the oponnening bell.

    - You believe that Golota will return to the ring? Would you take a proposition to get a rematch in Warsaw?

RA: From now-you can write that there is no problem for me to have revenge in Poland. Let Golota get injury free, and we can fight in the fall in Warsaw. Don is certainly agree. I like Poland and your food!

    Polish interview i translated..

    In the fall?

How long does Austin think it'll take Golota to heal and get ready, 9 months?
