Jumping up and down would be extremely dumb.

Calzaghe didnt do it, Hopkins didn't do it, Roy didnt do it... basically noone at the higher weights do it.

When you go up - you stay up - at least for several fights. When Hopkins went up, he stayed. Wehn Joe went up, he stayed up. When Roy went up he stayed up. Except for in the end at HW and that ruined him completely. I don't want to see Kessler acomodate Dawson for a belt - thatr would be ridiculous when there are fights against more proven fighters at SMW (such as Taylor). Of course there are fighters that are difficult if Kessler goes up - just think about Vitaly Klitscho... But again, it is not about establishing that Kessler is better despite physical disadvantages against a 6'3" Dawson, a 6'3" Haye or a 6'6" Wlad.

Kessler needs to do what any good champion has done - try to dominate his own division.

Kessler would look like a fool going up in weight right after he has invested two fights in getting and keeping his belt.

Kessler is now widely recognized as the King of SMW, after Calzaghe left SMW.
So it is up to Taylor, Bute and Froch to challenge Kessler but they are quite quiet???

Hahaha... Let's not WASTE TIME talking about fighters Kessler might be better than by DEFAULT. That doesn't mean jack. I'm a boxing fan not a dumpster diver. The definition of good hasn't changed just because Mikkel Kessler is the shiniest piece of **** in a pile.

And btw im sure that "the stay at home Eurobum" who went to America, Australia, Germany and Wales earlier is willing to go to Canada, America or England to deffend his title.

I like him. He's a good boxer, good fundamentals, good power and accuracy. I'd like to see him in some more big fights. He should try to get bouts with Pavlik, Abraham or Dawson.

I hear people suggest he should fight 6'3" Dawson and 6'3" David Haye. I have even seen a thread suggesting he fight 6'3" Mormeck.

Kessler i 2-3" taller than Mayweather. Let's see Kessler-Mayweather. That should give Mayweather a workout.

I wish Floyd had the balls to fight Kessler here and now.

I still haven't heard from you about a source for these claims.

I will assume you made it all up until proved wrong.

I hope TAYLOR, BUTE and FROCH will start calling Kessler out in good time. Kessler started like 8 fights before the Calzaghe fight calling Calzaghe out.

So Taylor, Bute and Froch might as well start now.:bbb

I'm pretty sure by now you've read the article where Kessler's promoter came out and said that he doesn't want Kessler to fight Dawson.

Although that version suits you better, reality is that Palle's attitude is this: "Kessler wants to do what Hopkins and Calzaghe have done - try to dominate a division. Only if that goal is achieved will we move up".

He just explained that this also goes for Dawson, Erdei etc. In other words, Kessler would like to fight Dawson, and if Dawson is serious he can just come to 168 and the fight is on. The only two he would consider fighting at catch weight for would be legends (BHOp and JC).

The guy claimed that Kessler is willing to move up in weight and fight any American fighter. I told him that Palle came out and said that he doesn't want to make the fight with Dawson and I was called a liar.

Palle is a smart man, many people will believe his bull****. Dawson is a top 3 LHW and would be a great fight for Kessler if he wants to improve his exposure in America like he claims. HBO is not pushing for a Kessler/Edrei fight. They are, however, pushing for a Kessler/Dawson fight. Palle knows Kessler has a good chance of losing to Dawson, and they don't think Dawson is established enough to risk it. If Palle thought Kessler had a good chance of beating Dawson he would make that fight happen.
