    Wow has anyone actually seen this guy fight? Looks like he woke up n thought it was still the 80's..That whole swagger trying to cash in on his dead relatives image. Can he even fight?

    I dont know if hes good..I was wondering the same..I have an article in a mag.. google salvador sanchez nephew..find the news site it has pics..looks just like him

    He's actually 11-3-2 from 16.

    He was 2-2-2 after only 6 fights, losing his pro debut and 2nd fight to a 6-0 guy, so he's 9-1 since then, which isn't bad. His only other defeat is to Eduardo Lazcano aswell via a close decision, who's a 14-0 guy.

    He is also unlikely to have had any amateur fights.

    Cristian Mijares was 11-3-1 at one point, very similar to Sal Jr's record now, and look how good he has become, former WBC/WBA super fly champion and former top 5 P4P.

    I'm not saying Salvador Sanchez Jr is going to become anywhere near that good, but it would be ridiculous to right him off at this point.
