I personally couldnt give 2****s who wins but i can see another sparring session like bout for Mundine....

at this stage im probably going to get a call for his next bout..

Im 5-0 in the amateurs so you could say i could be considered a step up in class..

Actually i don't mind this matchup. If it's not Taylor then Mundine is just going to fight another bum South American anyway.

At least we know who Taylor is which makes it a little interesting. Besides if he fights him in January 2009 that's not too far away and keeps him busy i guess.

Taylor is as washed up as a jellyfish on a beach. Why not Geale for the so called man.

I don"t see anything wrong with continuing the ongoing saga regarding choc's career as long as everyone accepts it for what it is.
He is a better than average domestic fighter who will continue to milk the Aus boxing public for as much as possible for as long as possible and the whole scenario is entertaining if nothing else.
His golden opportunity to promote himself worldwide came immediately after the Danny Green bout but he chose to follow the safe but lucrative route that he continues along today.
Anybody naive enough to believe that he will take on world class overseas fighters or legitimate champions may as well send him a percentage of thier pay packet on a weekly basis.
The fact is, Choc has never taken anyones world title from them and thats not going to change.
I accept it for the circus it is, and I suspect more and more boxing fans are coming to terms with the fact that ,It is what it is!
Like many, I was conned early on but now I figure it's more fun to just sit back and laugh at the whole thing.
After all, like I said, it is entertaining.

You could have made that point before but most of us have dealt with it for years, its not entertaining anymore, just old and boring

i think the general public feel the same way.the results of his fights dont even make the free to air news anymore and on fox sport news where they interviewed him after the fight and he was saying "im the best,im the best" there were a lot of empty seats in the background.nobody cares anymore.

i have a bad feeling that we will see the same thing from Solomon Haumono. except, he wont get the publicity that Mundine got.
Will Nasser as his manager, he'll go nowhere.
