    Because every single member of ESB should be outraged and no one should support this fight.

    Valuev wants a payday, and he's entitled to a good one-- but it should be against Vitali.

    na, but with the way things are at heavyweight, it seems like even a dinosaur like evander has a winning chance. but common sense says enough is enough. holy has not earned this to begin with, and he has not even impressed as of lately. he is closer to 50 than 40.

    hell no, i dont support this at all. although it might sound a bit strange, i can see this fight being closer then the holyfield-sultan fight. lol

    Of course not, Holyfield is beyond past it and is coming off a loss in a title shot. Giving him another title shot just makes the division look like a joke.

    I cant blame either man for taking this fight, but I can blame the boxing community for letting it happen. I just hope Evander doesnt get hurt, hell he may even beat Valuev who can be very slow and uncoordinated at times. Ultimately this fight should not happen, and yes Valuev needs to fight either Vitali or Wladimir to unify the belts with the real big men.

    In my opinion, it is physically impossible for Holyfield to win this fight.

    You gotta imagine that this is it for Holyfield win or lose so I'm hoping that he can somehow pull off the upset. There are more deserving fighters but the fight is on so let's root for the Real Deal this one last time. :good

    even though i dont agree with it...what are his other options besides the klitschos ?
    arreola- hasnt fought a top 10 person yet
    Meehan is a joke and hes ranked 1 by the WBA somehow by beating no one in the top 10
    maybe other retreads like brewster, toney, mascaev, skelton?
    fight ruiz a 3rd time?
    hell, maybe Dimitrenko i would settle for as acceptable.....
    thats how sad the divsion is ............
    id rather see a washed up holyfield in there than any of the above mentioned besides Wlad , Vitali and Povetkin
