What was Buncey gong on about, Joe fighting Clinton Woods...?! That is a completely daft fight to take, he'd get nothing but aggro, and HBO are hardly gonna be throwing money at JC for fighting a guy who got outclassed, by the guy who got outclassed by the guy they want him to fight... When he was IBF champ it made sense but cmon, that fight is dead in the water now.

He did say Glen Johnson was a good fight to take which I agree, I think Johnson is a solid world class campaigner who made Dawson look terrible, so when Joe puts on a masterclass of boxing the win would look even better. Also they have history.

Dawson is still the most competent challenger out there though and i was surprised DiBella didnt fancy the idea...then he went on to say he promotes both Glen Johnson and Jermain Taylor...

 

Does he, ahh... it all makes more a bit more sense now.

Disappointing though, this is supposed to be the BBC and a bit of objectivity would be appreciated.

 

Calzaghe is my fav fighter, but DiBella was on lick arse offensive, saying Calzaghe is the greatedst British fighter of all time and would of beaten Roy jones in his prime, obviously hoping Joe is listening, clearly hinting that Johnson would travel no problems and wouldnt be expensive!
