    That rating is a big joke. Who has Valero fought at 135? His last fight was against Shimada of Japan in Tokyo at 130.

    WBC ranked Valero as no. 1. In case Manny will totally vacate his 135 (avoiding the unpaid sanction fees) Valero is the immediate belt holder? WTF! he has not even made his debut fight in this division.

    Irregardless if it's wBA or WBC or IBF . . . how can any sanctioning body rank Valero higher than the current Ring BELT holder when . . . Valero hasn't even fought at the weight class.
