im a Malignaggi fan and i want him to come back and do well in his career. the notione that cotto ruined him is false because he looked dominate against ndou and won tough fights against ngoudjo and in ndou2. I believe he can still defeat the B level fighters in the 140 pound division (rees, ngoudjo, urango, arnaoutis, branco, harris, etc.) but that remains to be seen after this fight. but this all remains to be seen but i wish him well

Paulie doesn't have a future at the top of the sport. His best wins were against second tier JWWs, and he still struggled against those guys. Paulie will lose anytime he takes on a top tier talent.

He has a future in boxing of course, he just doesn't have a future as a top 3 fighter in his weight class. Never had that future.

He has a future if he wants to hang around as a top 10 type, but I think he struggles to win against the beltholders in even this weak division.

It's very difficult to beat guys with one hand if your footwork is ordinary and defence lacking. It's unfortunate with his hands.

He can probably fight on for nice paydays and to make a good living but achievement wise not much is happening for him.

That would be another loss for Paulie.

Boxing is an art yes but it's essentially a fight game. It's all about whether you have that fire in your belly and that drive to do damage with each and every move, or else there are plenty of athletic activities where you can show your courage and ability... Actually, Paulie already proved his thing against Cotto and NDou when he won the title. Then, he just went overboard but that's what they always do, isn't it? I do have respect for everybody and 4 Paulie.

I think he should call out the winner of Holt vs. Torres. He will make good money and stands a chance to beat either man.
