I agree. People need to look at the bigger picture here. This will promote boxing and put it on the map. It's a shame one of them will be retiring after it but it will get people talking about boxing again and that may make them more receptive other fighters. Then it snowballs.

I think De La Hoya would have to beat Pacquiao though. If he loses he will have lost too many times to make the fight that interesting, even for the casual observer.

De La Hoya's always gonna do what makes the most sense financially. We can always take refuge in the fact that the rest of boxing still exists beyond the casual observer, while still being able to enjoy what he does in the meantime. I mean Pacman will be seriously outsized next month, but lets face it, it will be very exciting regardless. Plus, think about it, what if somehow Pac wins, DLH can finally shut the **** up.(but probably won't)

So win or lose DLH will fight Hatton next? That is a load of bullcrap coming from GBP. Are these guys trying to tell us that even if Pac wins on the 6th, he's still gonna fall back in line because DLH(the loser) will get his shot first at Ricky?

You have got to be kidding me. **** GBP and DLH! Those ****ing assholes are ruining this sport even more with this bull****! **** I hope Pac summons the power needed to hospitalize this ******!

DLH CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE HIS WAY EVERYTIME....
