I used to be like you, seen any fighter from Britain as one of my own. Sadly though boxing forums changed me into what I am today, as almost no englanders want to see scottish fighters do well, likewise the welsh boxing fans here, who rejoice when a scotsman gets beaten:huh

Thats why I appear bitter & twisted, but I wasnt always that way. You my friend are a dying breed, & that saddens me. I get no pleasure having to argue with people from these shores, defending scottish fighters from constant criticism, But its now my job as they say.

Everyone is saying something in my post so far So now its time for me to speak. All joking aside, I could make a lot of points about why I refer to hatton as a great white hype character. But im going to refrain, as I promised a certain poster a while back I wouldnt go down that particular route, as people would think I was picking on Hatton the person, not Hatton the fighter.

See, debating with me about Hatton opens up a can of worms, & for now, Im keeping the tin shut.
