Haye won't be fighting in two years from now. He will have gotten knockout out by Vitali Klitschko and his brother by then and ...then...it's on to the movie career!:lama
    He's England's darling right now.

He needs to stay away from Sam Peter as well.

    True.

I would love if what he said was true though.... because a dark hat is always good, but unfortunately Johnson (is that his name?) needs to step up before he can talk like that and be taken seriously.

He's a nobody with no punch that would not have helped put him in the window for a Klitschko fight. Monte Barrett has, as the VK interview after the fight showed.

Firstly, I have never seen a Johnson’s fight so that I cannot really tell how good he is.
Secondly, some of the things in his letter are right on the spot. Those include that Haye has not proved anything fighting Barrett who was KOed by Couser in two. Barrett is washed and that’s not a secret. Haye get knocked down any time he faces a solid opponent. That’s must mean something. It is without a doubt that he will get KOed by either Klitschko. But he might get KOed even earlier so he is going right after Klitschkos for a big payday.
Thirdly, Johnson wants to prove himself in fighting Haye. He does not call out Klitschkos. He call out a untested heavyweight like him.

Haye's win is equal to Johnson's win...neither is better...who is Monte Barrett? What did Monte ever do?? Both fighters knocked their guy out in five...

I think Johnson has a point...why not make the fight? Why wouldnt Haye fight Johnson instead of Barrett?? You have to ask that question. If you are Haye...why not fight Johnson in Feb and VK this summer...maybe August or sept?

I think Haye talks much more **** than Johnson...He surely has yet he has only fought Barrett...I think Johnson is saying he hasnt done enough to be talking that kind of ****...which is true...

May even be true for both fighters but Johnson talked as much as Haye...Do you get it?

Johnson just wants a payday getting knocked out by "someone who everyone in the US thinks is a *****"

Johnson should call out the Arreola/Walker winner - which is something more in his league.

He also needs to learn how to count. Haye had 2 fights at heavyweight already.

The Barrett win is much better actually. Barrett in recent years went 11 rounds with Valuev, 12 with Rahman, beat Fields in the blink of an eye, KOed Owen Beck, beat Dominic Guinn and almost beat Joe Mesi. Seldon did nothing since taking a dive out of fear vs Tyson in 1996. Barrett is also much better known than Johnson.

But sure, Haye could use Johnson as a tuneup.

No, the relevant question isn't 'why not make the fight', the relevant question is 'why make the fight?'. Along with other questions such as 'who the hell is Kevin Johnson?'

Haye, of course, has already achieved far more in his career than Johnson can even dream of. But, yes, he will have to prove himself in the heavyweight division if he wishes to reach the levels he speaks of. And he will attempt to do that. That proof won't come against the likes of Johnson, however. Johnson is just a wannabe who thinks the route to the top goes through grabbing onto more charismatic fighters coattails, rather than through actually putting in some hard graft and fighting some hard opponents.

As part of his deal with Setanta Haye has to fight someone ranked in the top ten by one of the big four.

I would guess Johnson ain't - though correct me if I am wrong......

He the Greatest Heavyweight in the World though.

    Didn't you read his letter?

    Doesn't that count?
