    Williams and Goosen TURNED DOWN a request for an immediate rematch between Margarito and Williams. They thought they were clever stating publically " We have beaten Margarito so why would we be interested in fighting him again" NO!!!!!
    Now that Tony is welter king Goosen starts whining we want a rematch. Stuff it Goosen join the line wait your turn Margarito will whup Williams at his own convenience:admin :admin :hi: :deal

    Because Williams clearly defeated Margo.

    And margo was not the man at 147 when Williams beat him.

    Now that margo beat Cotto, if PW and Margo rematch, the winner is the true champ at 147.

    How does that work exactly? Didn't PW already beat Margarito? How does beating him again make him the man 147 all of the sudden when he still hasn't beat anyone else? IMO, even if he beat Margarito, he would need to beat at least 1, maybe 2 other top 5 guys to be considered the man at 147. Beating Margarito twice would definitely make him the man between him and Margarito, but over the entire division? Did you think Calzaghe's win over BHop makes him the man at 170. Or JMM's win over Casamayor made him the man at 135?

    The way the ring does it, the 1 and 2 fight and whoever wins is the man if the division is without a champion.

    Paul beat Margo and when margo fought cotto he wasn't number 1. Cotto was. Margo beat Cotto to become the number 1 but Paul was the 2.

    JMMs win over Casamayor, yes, sort of, as there was a unified champ but Calzaghe beat Hopkins at 175 not 170 and yes that makes him the man. The man who beat the man who beat the man etc.

    You and Lance are joined at the hip on this one, maybe you two should pool your brains together so you can come up it a decent excuse...

    He only fought Williams because Arum told him "This is all you getting to fight Cotto, if you dont like it then you can go fight Williams" He did, he lost and then he got less then was offered in the first fight with Cotto.

    As far as picking Pavlik to knock out Hopkins:huh now you just making sh*t up. I have always said that Hopkins and Wright were two fighters that Arum should keep Kelly away from...Did i think that Kelly could win the fight?? Yes I felt that he could outwork Hopkins..But knock him out??? I never said that In fact there is no point in he said she said Why dont I just show you what I said...Back in a second..........................................................here is one

    Who are you to decide where he belongs exactly?, if he can make the weight then he's a Welterweight, if he doesn't belong there then his body will eventually fail him and he won't be able to make the weight.

    This is like saying Margarito belongs at JWM, because if you look at it well enough he's far bigger than almost everyone available in the division right now. Does that mean he doesn't belong there?
