A lot of votes here for Tyson, Fedor and Bruce Lee. In the MMA Forum there are also votes for Tyson, Fedor, Bruce Lee but alot of votes for members of the legendary Gracie family. They invented modern MMA and would hold tournaments to take on "all-comers" in any dicipline if fighting including boxing, wrestling, judo, karate. (Royce Gracie won several of the first UFC events when there were no rules or time limits. At 165 lbs. he would beat everyone no matter what size or style of fighter.)
