No he's not. Hatton is. Hatton who's only 2 ventures outside of 140 ended in a controversial win and getting KTFO.

    Margarito
    Quintana
    Phillips
    Including a win at 160.

Thats not enough for P4P top 10 in your eyes? Why? Cuz he lost to Quintana? He avenged that loss with a 1st round KO. He beat the number one ranked welter in the world Margarito. And by fighting at 154 and 160 isnt that the definition of a P4P champion?

Pavlik needs to be left out of the top 10 p4p rankings for now. After he demolishes Rubio, and unifies against Arthur, assuming there are no other major changes, we could put him back in around 7, where he was on The Ring list before the Hopkins fight. If Pavlik/Sturm happens before Pavlik/Abraham, that win would leave Kelly just outside the top 10.

We need to see how Cotto looks after the beating he took from Tony.

I just look at it as Margarito named most feared and then Williams beats him. Williams the most avoided and then Q beats him. He has not been champion for long in the 147 division. Q should not have beaten him, Phillips is 37 and the easiest to beat at 154 as far as champions. Phillips belt was taken (IBF) so it was not for a legit belt and again who was the MW he fought? Williams is a very tall and can put on weight very easily. P4P takes much more. Dominate a division, unify a division, or beat a top guy. Margarito is the only one. If he beats the WBO champ like he did with Phillips, I would not have an issue then. I could see him unifying the 154 division in the near future.

Cotto is going to fight for the vacant WBO and he is fighting Jennings. I feel that he is going to come back hungry and focused. He will possibly stop Jennings and set-up the rematch with Margarito. Something is telling me that the rematch could be much more exciting.

Still dont understand your reasoning? Margarito lost to C level Santos at 154. Paul Williams beat Verno Phillips. Yet despite this and the fact Margarito lost to Williams you have Margarito higher? Even though Williams has proven he is can fight at multiple weight classes unlike Margarito, which again is the definition of a P4P champion. Explain. It cant be because Williams lost to Quintana? Sorry, there are numerous fighters on the P4P list who've lost fights, Williams is one of the only ones to avenge his in the 1st round.

How can you honestly say Rafael Marquez, Hatton, Pavlik, or even Margarito deserve to be ranked ahead of Williams. Who has accomplished more?

So your giving Pavlik credit for beating a man who beat BHOP twice and suggesting that Taylors win is part of Pavliks record. That does not make sense when we have already seen BHOP school Pavlik.

Miranda was never a true champion and got exposed at the highest level and please dont mention Zuniga, McKart and Zertuche as good wins for entry in to a p4p list. That is stupid these guys never achived anything special. Where are they now? You probably say that Pavlik ruined them :patsch.

9 and 10 are too high. The rest is fine.
