"Shortly after the weigh-in, Pacquiao went back to his room and used a different scale. He came in at 145.5 pounds, the same weight he had in the morning after breakfast, according to Roach.

Pacquiao was amazed at the difference, disclosing the night before and just an hour before the official weigh-in that he both checked in at 146 pounds.

"I didn't do anything to reduce weight, so I don't know why I came in at 142?" Pacquiao said. "It's hard to be suspicious but as you can see, there's a difference between how I weighed out there and here."

Pacquiao said if there was a four-pound difference between his two "weigh-ins", it could be the same for de la Hoya. "So does that mean Oscar was at 149 pounds?"

  2. Makes no difference Oscar's still gonna knock him out..

DLH cheated the weigh- in like he did against PBF.

It was a mismach when it was first announced, but would ODLH **** with the scales to sell this fight as a legit match up, I have no doubt.

you know what? I am not one of those who believe that there are conspiracies and all that in boxing, but in this case something is suspicious. It is not just a pound, it is 3 1/2 pounds. If this is the case shouldn't it be looked into just for the integrity of boxing, or does boxing not have integrity anymore? Who knows. I do find it very suspicious just from what I hear, and this article on eastside is the first I have heard of it. But just on this it is very odd.

For me it doesn't really matter . . . this is just a blown out of proportion over hyped "exibition match".

Hoya will give Pac a boxing clinic.

It could have been very quickly investigated if Pacquiao had mentioned it at the weigh in.

The scales could have been examined in the same condition that both men had just weighed in on them, and both could have been reweighed in their weigh-in condition if necessary.

So, the question we must ask, is why Pacquiao didn't say anything until several hours later, when none of these simple and conclusive checks could then be carried out?

    Stupid.

Makes difference because...wait..have you ever heard about weight limit in boxing? Guess not. No, there is no weight limit in WWE. Better stick to that.
