I think Murray is being chronically overrated ATM.

Khan would beat him IMO, but Thaxton is a different prospect altogether.

surely the most logical fight now is Khan v Paquio, dont you think?

Either one of Murray or Thaxton. I'd give Khan a lot of credit for just taking either fight. Murray would have to be on top of his game to beat Khan. If he is he forces Khan to fight on the inside and ****s him up before stopping him around the 5th/6th round. Thaxton KO's him. Khan outboxes him but Jonno finds that one big punch during the fight and starches Khan.

Murray struggled with Hamidi, his opponents so far have been much worse than Khans, also has no defence.

Yes, he was rubbish against Hamidi but that was last minute replacement for Fewkes(?). Murray's greatest problem is his inconsistency. If he's anything like the Meager fight he beats Khan. If he's below par then he looses.

id like to see him fight someone who can test that jaw of his.
But he will probably be lining up against some pillow fisted bum.

I'd be very shocked if Khan fought Murray or Thaxton next.
For the clash of promoters aswell as it being too risky for Warren at the moment.
A defence of Khan's Commonwealth title against an African will probably be next.

I think Khan should fight John Murray next, Khan would K.O Murray inside 6 rounds, Khan would be in and out too fast for Murray. This would also shut a few people up.

I completely agree. A win over an out of sorts Lee Meager and all of a sudden Murray is the new Ken Buchanan. Murrays record is so padded you could call it a sofa.
