After such a big layoff I would be curious to see if Gayweather still can move and have his speed.

I can't wait for this fight either ... its going to take time ... I think waiting in line right now is Hatton, who makes more financial sense to Pacquiao than anyone including PBF.

Peter didn't do squat in that fight.. He was more like a punching bag than anything.. DLH put up a bigger fight than him..

I don't think he still trains everyday,I saw him in that stupid video when he was drunk and at the Dawson vs Tarver fight,he looked bigger than ever before, seems 160 lbs to me,he has an year layoff at it is,it's hard to imagine him keeping his speed and reflexes in this time.

Lets face it your boy Mayweather has been sitting on his ass this last year riding around his mansion with his motorized cart while manny is fighting twice a year and improving each fight.. You cant do that in boxing and be the best. You got to many hunger fighter out there.

Are you comparing Sam Peter to Pacman? A lot of people look good against Peter...a fat ass ****in' past it Toney looked good against Peter

    wow...:patsch

I shall try to slowly explain to you how Manny "The Griffin" Pacquiao will outwit and out-heart the techinician...or possibly put up a good fight

Floyd has been known to have a VERY hard time dealing with pressure fighters...He will begin to try and do that arm-at-throat guard that he does when someone is trying to get on the inside...Manny will roll around this and pop him one on the right side of his head

Floyd has trouble with quick southpaws ala Judah...Judah is nowhere near the level or courage of Pacquiao...and when Pacquiao sees Mayweather in trouble, he will chase him down, but seeing his recent improvement in defense and controlled agression, he will be smart about as well. Judah is just as equally cautious as Floyd and gave Floyd a helluva fight...imagine a guy who's on you constantly rather than taking a safe approach?

Freddie Roach is a SMART trainer...He KNOWS what it will take to take Mayweather apart...DLH isn't Pacman (that's obvious) and won't abandon gameplan when things don't go his way...Roger Mayweather on the other hand is a **** trainer...Never giving Floyd any VALUABLE piece of advice, which leaes Floyd to do all the thinking in the ring...I think he ends up not knowing what the **** to do and tries his absolute best to adapt

When Floyd gets stuck on the ropes and fends off the aggressor he tends to block with one arm across his mid-section and the other blocking ONE side of his face...when DLH pinned him on the ropes and did his signature *** attack to the body with 5 punches to the body...DID MAYWEATHER RESPOND??!!:hey I think not...Pacman...will throw various punches and not all in the same area...He will attack the body and move to the head (particularly in the same that he does NOT shield)

And overall I must agree with Bazooka's prediction of the later rounds...if Manny can secure enough damage in the early rounds, then I think he can verywell take it...

Although Manny has shitty balance...to say he's predictable and doesn't work on the inside CLEARLY shows that you don't watch or study Pacquiao close enough...

Mayweather would probably beat Pacquiao in most people's minds. But does that mean he should stay retired? Mayweather would be the favorite against any of today's top welterweights but that doesn't mean he's an absolute shoe-in for victory. Pacquiao - and guys like Margarito and Mosley - should at least be given at chance.

Other than Calzaghe I don't know any fighter that makes adjustments during a fight better than or just as good as PBF.

floyd may be a year and a half out of the ring before fighting again, his performance against oscar was a SD for ****s sake,,,sorry but to say 'never' is plain stupid. Hatton would probably be more money and in a more suitable weight division though
