If they fight in 2009 Pac has been made the clear favourite 2/5, and Hatton an outsider at 7/4 (just short of 2/1) - the draw 20/1 - with Sky bet. Hatton 3/1 to win by KO/TKO, 9/2 to win on points pac 11/8 KO/TKO, 7/4 to win on points This content is protected
Id take Pac by ko...To fast for hatton...hatton comes straight forward and Pac moves alot of side to side....late tko
Hatton by late ko, Will use his head movement better to dodge pacmans punches and roughen him up like never before. It will be intresting to see how pac responds to that.
I cannot see Hatton winning, but after the way I have been picking fights lately I have not right to say who will win a fight or predict a fight.
Hatton will be gettin gnailed by that lead left hand and those right hooks all night looong. Pac TKO10 Hatton.
Very tough fight to call. Manny looked great on Saturday night and i can see him using his terrific hand and foot speed to jump in, catch Ricky and jump out. Even if Ricky keeps Mayweather and continues to fight in his pre-Tyszu style instead of his hit and hug style Manny could still give him fits. However i wouldn't be suprissed if Ricky KO'ed him as we don't know how well Manny can handle flush shots at these higher weights. Manny has a good chin and has looked great lately but lets be honest...it has been against a snail slow David Diaz and a weight-drained/shot DLH. These two fighter's barely landed a flush punch on Manny so we don't know how good his chin is when getting hit by men above 130. Ricky may get out boxed in large parts of a fight against Pac but he will definately hit Manny more times than DLH or Diaz did. Can Manny take a number of solid punchers of a naturally bigger guy? No of us will know until we see it and i believe we may do against Ricky who has the speed and ability to cut the ring of and the strenth to get his shots of inside. Also how will Manny handle Ricky's strenth on the inside? Like i say, its a tough fight to call but the odd's on a Ricky win do look tasty.
Those are decent odds for Hatton, I would not be suprised to see him win. Especialy with Floyd Snr in his corner, who is the best defensive trainer in boxing, which would definately help Hatton. Don't be suprised if Hatton overwhlemed Pacquiao but it could go either way.
