What if Oscar had defeated Pacquiao?

Would he now be ranked a top 5 welterweight?

I shouldn't answer seriously oh well.

    1) Paul Will
    2) Margarito
    3/4) Cotto / Clottey

LETS not have any delusions about rooting for the PACman to ruin himself by getting into the ring with any of the fighters mentioned.

    Don't really see the problem.

Pac went up two divisions and beat someone The Ring ranked as a top five fighter from the division above.

If Paul Williams first fight at MW, after moving up from WW, had been Anthony Mundine, I'm sure a win would have seen him ranked top five at MW.

    Not that big a deal.

He is the best fighter in the sport and he showed he is quite capable at the weight. It isn't like they have put him in the top 3.

Swap Margarito with Williams and you have a solid list. :good
