Win or lose.. Does Vargas get into the HOF?

    Should he? Its not like the Mayorga fight is doing anything for his resume. Its only to proove to himself that he can go out on a win.

    Yeh, eventually, I think Vargas gets in. That title win against Yory Boy was a thing of beauty, and Yory Boy is nothing to sneeze at. Campas is still a tough SOB, while Vargas can't take a punch anymore.

    I think Vargas is realistically only about 3 or 4 fights away from Canastota. If he beats Mayorga soundly then beats Mayweather and unifies the heavyweight title I think he'll recieve strong consideration.
