jezz why would floyd want the fight at 154 when he's not effective at that weight :patsch be serious .. Pac and company would more then likely want the fight at a catch weight between 140 and 147,, Roach knows if the fight happens at 147 Floyd will give pac the business and one real ass whoopin .

LOL. I wanna see Manny fight Ricky first and if he gets by Hatton, then I wouldn't mind seeing Pacquiao-Mayweather.

Roach is a moron, he says in the first part that Pac beat Oscar because Oscar was weight drained, then he says that Pac was more impressive then Floyd in fighting Oscar, but Oscar wasnt weight drained at 154...

Roach just pretty much admitted that he was picking the bones of some old dude and wanted to make sure that the fight would be at 147 cuz he knew that oscar would have a hard time making the weight...Maybe he should just shut the **** up, he is doing a great job of discredting his own fighter while tring to make himself look like a genius.

Why does Mayweather have to come back, he is a great fighter, he has finished, respect his decision, Manny is the new Champ, enjoy his fights, why pull down his predecessor of the Title?

Its a sport and all what matters is winning. Mayweather whether you like him or not, has the style to beat any fighter in a very easy fight. Part of his style is to be light on his feet. It would be stupid for him to try changing his style even if many think he has no balls because of it.

what is seemingly being missed here is floyd isnt a natural welter..IMO hes much more dangerous at 140..when he started putting on that weight his hand speed has suffered. Manny would be smart to make it between 135 and 140 and not 140-147..making mayweather come down past 140 is his only shot. defense wins championsips..offense sells tickets

I think floyd is a favourite and rightly so.

But i think that pac gives floyd more trouble than he s ever had- similar to what zab did in the early rounds- but for the full 12. heres a guy who could be faster than floyd. more than that- he fights in such an erratic and unpredictable style- and throws so many punches- that floyd wouldnt be able to sit back and relax- and potshot.

The way i see it is being a controversial UD in Moneys favour. I think manny goes and pressures floyd- landing more punches- and being more active and the aggressor- but Floyd winning due to cleaner punches and overall ring generalship. i think the judges wil se it for floyd- but that all the crowds and audiences seeing if for manny- as his style is more active, entertaining and more exciting and therefore more impressive to the crowd. I think itll be controverial and close- with no knockdowns. I think Manny takes early rounds as he often does- but floyd eases in - composed- as he always does- and lands the clean shots- uppercut counter to mannys straight left- and leads with his straight right lunging punch- then hooks off it- and ties him up. Floyd isnt a master at beating people up - he s a master at scoring points and taking opporunities to score points away from the other guy by locking his hands in close with the other guy. His whole M.O is 'if I cant score punches- nobody will" and he s a master at it.

Manny outworks Floyd- but Floyd outsmarts Manny. The winner will be decided by how you like your fighters pretty much.

anyway I wanna see Manny fight Hatton first- to consolidate his rep at the welter sizes- and for Floyd to take care of Margarito-

If these guys clean up these other two fighters- it can only help to clear the stage for these two - and set the focus on them wholly. If that should happen- i think this fight has the potential to be not only the biggest selling fight in history- but also the greatest.

If Juan Manuel Marquez's boxing ability troubles Pacman imagine what the master boxer and master blaster PBF would do to him with his speed, skill and impecable timing.
