Was trying to stir up interest in a return? Some of his comments seemed to be an obvious attempt to stir up interest in a return to the ring. Normally, he keeps his comments more professional, and doesn't interject himself into the discussion, and pulls himself out of it when others do. However, he clearly made comments tonight that have me thinking that he really wants to come back.

I didn't really get that impression. Do you remember specifically what he said that would make you think that?

I'm really confused with the people here, why did he disappoint?, he fought his usual fight and won. Did he lose or something?, with all the comments here I'm starting to think I dreamt I saw the fight.

I'm a huge Wladimir fan, but he was gunshy when he had the rock on them ropes. As soon as he entered the hook/uppercut range he clinched instantly instead of letting his hands go.

The last time Wlad tried to impress was against Brewster in the first fight, we know how it ended, since then Wlad fights to win first, impress second.

I don't understand it either. Wlad does not give his opponents a chance to hit back. That's boxing. He showed again why his jab is one of the best in the business and landed it with sickening consistency, and brought back the left hook to his game. Rahman couldn't make it a fight, but that's not his fault. A flawless performance that wasn't exciting because of Rahman, not Wlad.

    Gunshy?

The ref simply stopped it before we all got to see a brutal knockout. People then do this everytime. Wlad is too smart to fall for Rahman's trick of leaning on the ropes. I guess that you never seen Rahman vs Corrie Sanders. Lured Sanders into exchanging while Rahman was on the ropes and BAM, right hand, down goes Sanders. You should have noticed that Rahman was CLEARLY flinching his right, just looking for the right moment to throw it. Wlad beat him down, and turned on the gas exactly when it was time... the ref just stopped it to save Rahman from what we all knew was coming.

You were always a big Brewster fan... not a Wlad fan.:nono

I am a big fan of both, mind you. I rooted for Brewster against Wladimir, but I root for Wladimir against anyone else in the division :nono

I thought it was interesting how Kellerman and Lennox were discussing a potential fight between Lennox and Wlad. Kellerman said and I quote "Well I guess they'll never know huh Lennox?"

Lennox didn't respons to his comment...just awkward silence.

Remarks such as.... "I knocked Rahman out in the 4th round, at his best. This is the 5th round, and Rahman is at his worst." However, I guess he forgot to mention that in the first fight, in the 5th round, Rahman knocked out Lewis.:D

That was AFTER Lewis' comments. Which is why Max said "But we will never really know. Will we, Lennox?"

    Wlad vs. Lewis already happened

didnt you guys see Ocean's thirteen

Wlad was controlling the fight in the first round with his jab and then the blackout, Wlad won by 1st round TD.
