Prime Mayorga vs Margo @147

Margarito's body attack is much deadiler than the Trinidad who faced Mayorga.

Forrest was always overrated. Mayorga, while decent, would have been felled by Margarito prime for prime. The body attack would have done it.

 

Margarito will take Mayorgas best and break him down and beat him up, Mayorga is a bully when the going gets tough he tends to fold against Oscar once he was knocked down Oscar pummelled him for 6 rounds maybe im seeing it wrong i dont doubt Mayorgas heart but i just dont think he can handle someone like Margarito coming at him all night and laughing of his best shots also Mayorga did have a world class chin but he was always suspect to the body Tito hit him flush again and again but couldnt drop him with a chin shot it was a body shot that did it.

i think its agreed mayorga in his prime was the 2nd forest fight, as posted by someone earlier forrest is no light puncher he did put mosley down and that was no flash kd, he coudnt dent mayorga and mayorga's stamina in his prime is more than a match for margo's mayo by mid late tko

A too close to call fight to me.Prime Mayorga(which was very short) was a great fighter.Can't really say here.
