Lennox is one of my top 5 favorite fighters of all time but tonight his bias towards Wlad was way too obvious, he was discrediting everything Wlad was doing against Rahman when it was a dominant performance on Wlad part. He seemed real irked when Max Kellerman brought up how Rahman was once the champ of the division when he knocked out Lennox and after Lennox seemed kind of irked and edgy throughtout the broadcast.

I didn't see that. Lennox fought Rahman when Rahman was still good. Wlad is fighting Rahman the bum.

Lennox saw how easily and clinical Wlad outboxed a guy who KTFO him. That and Kellermans remark definitely bothered him. He definitely had a problem tonite. He should quit his job at HBO. He is not appropriate.

I completely agree. He had previously won me over... but took 10 steps back during this fight.

They should have a different commentator than Lewis when Rahman fights.

Lampley always brings up Rahman's KO over Lewis.

That's true as far as it being hard for Lennox to ignore old wounds but he should have tried to remain as professional as possible.

Lewis sounded like a bitter old man tonight, openly bragging how he had finished off Rahman a couple rounds earlier than Wlad. He neglected to point out as did his two butt boys Kellerman and Lampley that he got his backside handed to him by brutal K.O. by that very same Haseem Rachman. Credit to Jim and Max though. They did seem a bit embarrassed by the old fossil's angry, biased comments. Even Haseem mentioned pre-fight that he didn't expect the towering Wlad to throw many body shots or uppercuts because it would leave the 6 foot 7inch giant susceptible to powerful countershots. Big respect to Haseem. He tried hard, took a beating and got stopped on his feet. Lennox Lewis advising Wlad to leave his chin wide open to throw body shots on the much shorter and crouching Rachman. What a moron. Go back to the beach in Jamaica and raise your kid. Leave the training and coaching for the pros like Manny.

They used Roy for the Tarver Johnson fight.... Right after he had been knocked out by both, and Roy was very professional about it i thought. Roy's ringside analogy i think is what they called it, where they looked to Roy for an opinion on who had more power, heart, ect.....

The facts are Lennox lewis is a real hardcore racist.

It sort of admit's it in his autobiography. He used to mix with a racist crowd when younger so he's biased for that reason, he's racist. It's would be same if you had John l sullivan commentating on a fight in boxing's antiquity; you could bet that that he would not support a black fighter in a interracial fight!

Lennox is human, and his prejudices hasn't changed from when he was that big white hating kid in a canadian suburb!

I'm a big fan of the Klitschkos but I had no problem with his comments

I thought Wlad could've knocked Rahman out 3-4 rounds earlier if he'd tried

Lennox's comments were basically related to questions from Jim and Max about Wlad's performance and were a pretty honest assessment. Lennox did, in fact, demolish a much better version of Rahman than this, in more impressive fashion

He wasn't dissing Wlad, just commenting that his performance wasn't overly impressive. I agree. Wlad should've KO'd Rahmn in no more than 4 rounds but didn't pull the trigger

Not the smartest comments, but not that bad either considering that Kellerman was (perhaps unwittingly) baiting him by making comparisons.

Lennox should have ignored such comments. His suggestion that Klitschko should have gone for the KO earlier was off-base. Wlad has learned from his Sanders experience to be cautious, measured and get the job done. He's there to win, and if he can be exciting doing it so much the better, but winning is the priority.

Lennox should have simply contented himself with knowing that he's a top 5 alltime heavy, something Wlad isn't, and that he would nearly always win head-to-head against Wlad.

    Unless he got careless.
