Is Wlad's jab too good?

Wlad was imperious tonight. I don't think Rahman landed once and Wlad's ramrob jab and right hand are lightening fast and heavy with it.

 

Just on the subject of his jabs... Tonight he landed one that had to be the literal equivalent of a fully loaded right hand from a Middleweight. It was jarring just seeing it on TV.

 

his jab is UNREAL...have u watched his fights...holmes had a great jab as well...but wlads is devastating

Has anybody noticed if Wlad through's Right hand lead's?

 

It puzzles me how people could even consider Holmes jab being close to Wlad's. Honestly, how?

 

He definitely has one of the best P4P jabs in boxing !

 

Your a ****in idiot if you think Holmes jab isn't close to Wlad's. Holmes had one of the best jabs ever and your acting like he didn't.

 

I'm a big Wlad fan and not so big a Larry Holmes fan but to say Larry's jab is not in the area of Wlad's is ******ed. Larry for all his ways is a legend of the sport and should not be discounted.

 

Wlad is an absolute monster. He is a massive puncher we just don't see it as often as we should because he is so conservative and clinical. I am a Haye fan but Wlad's jab alone is going to come close to seriously hurting Haye if he really shoots it out there with some weight behind it.

If Wlad fought like Haye and loaded up the right hand frequently people wouldn't make it out of the first round. Though he will always be haunted by the stoppage losses.

 

I say this knowing it could ultimately be bad for the sport, but I don't think anyone can beat Vlad right now. His jab allows him to keep everyone at a distance and he does not take any chances simply because he does not need to.

 

WLAD is a BEAST. PERIOD.
