    I think Versus is a fairly new channel; for as long as I've known about them they've had Thursday Night Fights. Not every week but many. They're just breaking into the Saturday competition with HBO and Showtime now (although today's a bit of an anomaly, as the SHO card isn't starting to pretty late and HBO happened to be in Germany for some afternoon "delight".)

    Versus is a growing channel, mainly aided by the hockey and college football stuff. They've recently been growing with the WEC and now their boxing stuff. It's a very good channel actually.

    2-0 Toney so far. Oquendo is game but really isn't all that good. Toney looked happy to just pop his jab, dance a little bit and make Oquendo look stupid.

    I never even new Versus existed until I heard the new season of the Contender was airing on it. It's great that they're showing fights on basic cable.
