Let the Klitschkos finish their careers first. All this 'ATG' labeling is old and tired and actually very unfair to current fighters.

I don't see either of them being in the top 20 H/Ws but Vitali could be top 30 material, the problem is there is nobody talented to challenge them, how would they go against prime Tyson, Holyfield, Ali, Lewis, Foreman etc etc we don't know

wlad is damn good and its not his fault that he has that top opponent like a frazier or lewis...if he finshes out and beats the best of the best without losing again or losing and avening it he will have a damn good career

It's a funny situation, but having the brothers on top is actually hurting their indavidual legacies a bit. As long as they each have a belt, there can not be an undisputed champion. It makes it impossible to tell who's the king of the division. Most would say it's Wlad, but at the same time most people think if they fought, Vitali would win.

Wlad can attain all-time-great status by simply continuing to do what he is doing. That is, racking up wins. There is no great single challenge out there, so he'll have to settle for longevity ala Larry Holmes. Picking up the WBC belt down the road when his brother either loses it or retires would help too.

Vitali is a bit older and probably does not have enough time to rack up a bunch of title defenses. I doubt that atg status is on the cards for him. He's a really good fighter but his resume is a bit weak; and as mentioned , he does not have as much time left as his younger brother to pad it.

The Klitschkos are definitely top 50 heavyweights on an all-time basis. Possibly they might deserve to be rated somewhere between 20th and 30th of all-time, but that is very iffy. We'll need to see how the rest of their careers play out first.

Of one thing we can be certain: they are not true all-time greats along the lines of Louis, Ali, Holmes, etc. Based on what we've seen, the Klitschkos don't have the talent for that exceptionally high company. But there's no shame in that.

    Dozens ?

    Hardly.

Neither one makes my top ten alltime list , but they would both fit inside my to 24 list, if I had to make one.

    So hardly dozens.

By accomplishment and resume, Wlad is better.

But I have little doubt that prime for prime and both injury free, Vitali is better head to head.

    alot....

    depends on who you ask.

Some people have them in the 20s some people have them close to 100.

They are going to have to be retired for a few years before they get put into proper perspective.
