lol quite an intense interview, little dig to the shoulder from Vitali, im actually very suprised in the little height difference between them  Come on the Hayemaker :bbb http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hymmhjUUcgM
This was annoying to watch, with the translator yelling in German over both of them I could barely make anything out.
Really he should have high quality that **** which you cant embed. www.youtube.com/watch?v=hymmhjUUcgM&fmt=18 I hope the Hayemaker KTFOs a klit for that lil dig. :bbb
I couldn't make out much of anything they said. I am still confused as to which brother is most likely to fight Haye. Seems to go back and forth.
I think Haye is aiming for Vitali. Vitali was at his fight with Barret for an interview much like this one and Haye stated he wanted Vitali first. A bit stupid considering his chance, in my opinion, against Wlad is much better, but hey, great fight either way. After Vitali goes for Gomez (mandatory) he'll take on Haye (should he win). Wlad will go for Povetkin and hopefully someone in the WBA mess, i.e. Valuev or Chagaev.
Or maybe he was getting annoyed because Haye acts like an idiot. The size difference: Well Haye has that stupid hat on, and probably lifts in his shoes too. Haye is about the same size as Barrett, and Wlad (who is shorter than Vitali), was significantly taller than Barrett in their fight.
I think Haye realizes he may have little chance with either brother, but he might feel Vitali (37) may either 'get old' between now and a potential fight and/or break down physically before or during the bout. And, if you're going to lose to one of the two, why not choose to lose to the brother who is generally regarded as the stronger and tougher of the two. Then if you do lose, your reputation takes less of a hit.
Vitali also enjoys, and is very good at, playing mind games. Now that the brothers have turned their attention to Haye, expect more such mental jostling in the future. Vitali had Sam Peter totally out of sorts by the time the two entered the ring. I'm not saying that decided the match, but all these guys are constantly looking for any little 'edge' that they can try to get against possible opponents.
I think Vitali beleives in presenting himself in a more professional manner, and then being a toughguy, in the ring, where it counts...............whereas someone like Haye, even in interviews, comes across as a bit immature, overly cocky, and lacking in professionalism, to Vitali. He don't know what to make of him. LOL I don't think Vitali is being rushed into anything, as he has to fight Gomez, first, and Haye knows that. If he can come out of four years retirement and thrash Peter as he did, he can certainly do the same, or worse, to Haye with two fights under his belt (Peter and Gomez).
Haye was interviewed on Setanta last night and said he was about to start negotiations with Vitali and an announcement could be made in the next few days. He was saying he'd go to Germany if necessary and wouldn't be difficult to deal with, he has fought abroad quite a few times before.
Haye screaming for Wlad! Heavyweight contender David Haye will be ringside "screaming some verbal" at Wladimir Klitschko when the hard hitting Ukrainian takes on Hasim Rahman in Mannheim in Germany this Saturday. Speaking on Setanta Sports News, Haye warned Klitschko that Rahman would be no pushover. "I know he's [Klitschko] going to go out there and look spectacular. I want him to look spectacular because his last few fights haven't been the most dynamic. But Rahman's going to bring it. Rahman's going to try and land that right hand, that big right hand that KO'd the great Lennox Lewis." After months of confusion over whether Haye would fight Wladimir or Vitali Klitschko, it now seems as though Wladimir will be the likely opposition. "He doesn't have to fight Povetkin until September. He's got a good few months to slip in a voluntary fight with a top ranked heavyweight contender like myself. Wladimir's schedule is a lot clearer than Vitali's. This content is protected This content is protected , so he wouldn't be able to fight over the summer." Thursday, December 11 2008 I guess Haye will negotiate with Vitali for a fight after Gomez, then.........??????
