Well, a little premature before Haye wins the heavyweight belt in June, but as its a formality, we should discuss Haye against some heavyweight greats, and what better person than Tyson to compare him to? I see Haye rocking Tyson in round one, and his jab would keep Tysons flurries at bay, before Haye landing a devasting haymaker and Ko'ing Tyson out cold for a few mins. Tyson and Haye are very alike when Tyson was in his prime, but Haye being bigger, hitting harder and having the better skills puts Haye on a different level.
yo have to be kidding me,haye hits nowhere near as hard as tyson (prime)or otherwise, haye would be brutalised
Is anyone going to give an honest, impartial assesment? or is this turning into a worshipping ground for Saint Tyson? Oh and Haye hits about 5 times harder than Tyson, Tyson just used to throw a flurry of punches that accumilated to a KO, Haye can do it in one. If Buster Douglas pummelled Tyson in his prime, imagine what a fast slick, power crazed hulked up piece of British Beef like Haye would do to him.
this takes stupitidy to a new level the guy has had 2 FIGHTS AT HW AGAINST A JOURNEYMAN AND A PERENNIAL GATEKEEPER!! lay off the crack pipe m8:thumbsup
this is an honest assesment tyson would ko him in less than 2 rounds, that there is no doubt wotsoever
You are either joking or just completely stupid. Haye does not have anywhere near the power tyson had. You need to go back and brush up o your boxing history son.
Haye himself admits that a big reason he will be successful is because today's heavyweights are not very good. He continually calls them fat slobs, slow and disgraceful. Tyson was neither fat or disgraceful. Tyson was fast and powerful. Tyson would make short work of any fighter who's defense is an offense and who's chin is less than titanium.
