calzaghe during his whole career has kept himself to himself not looking for the high life.

never seen calzaghe have papparazzi catch him out,

hatton is always in the papers in the uk for the before and after look.

the south wales argus , curculation 365 is his mouthpiece, its just ruetuers picks up on what he says locally.

It think Calzaghe's ok. Quiet, self-centred and not exactly generous when it comes to his opinions of other fighters.

But then psychologically, that's part of what's kept him unbeaten

I have met David Haye a few times always chilled and relaxed apart from at the weigh in vs Enzo. I think mainly due to the fact he doesn't like Frank Warren so was just in and out. Enzo is a nice guy, didn't like the fact I said Haye would win but he did ask me, took it in jest and still had his photo with me. Everytime i have met JC he seems like a nice guy, also happy to have his picture taken with you.

Can't really think of any boxers that I have met that weren't nice guys.

That is a fair point ,the way he can't bring himself to give credit to any rivals for his crown. He almost deludes himself that they have nothing to challenge with therefore installing him with confidence to win in the ring.
I mean i'm a fan off Joe's but don't really agree with many things he says i.e he'd knock out Froch ,which he most definetely wouldn't,he'd win on points of course but no way KO.Also he was justifying to himself his upcoming retirement by stating that boxing was dead and he needed no more part in it,convincing himself almost that it was all finished

There is nothing wrong with Calzaghe. Unless he's directly asked about something he never talks trash. He only deals with the question at hand, he's not just shooting his mouth off randomly like a lot of guys.

If he had his way he would be locked away in the valleys with his family until fight night. He's a quiet family guy.
