the guy wants to fight the best.

    gotta give him his dues.

he is hungry to be the best - i dont think he is chasing money.

whatever you say he is trying his hardest

Absolutely. Put me on the bandwagon.

Anyone that eager to step up to heavyweight and fight the best in the division gets my utmost respect. This guy can bring back the general population's interest in the heavyweights again. He can be a true star...he's the total package, the speed, power, looks.

..it's just a shame more fans don't appreciate Haye. They see him as a farce and a hype job of which he's neither. I don't know that he's going to beat Vitali but I hope he does and keeps heavyweight boxing exciting. He's the kind of fighter boxing needs much more of.

surely if he was after the cash he would take a couple fights before vit cause if he loses no one will take him seriously its gotta be for the glory of being the best all aboard

    Yep, count me in.

I intially liked him after he fought King Arthur Williams in only his 10th fight...and have followed him ever since. However, I felt some of the stunts he pulled had seen him come off as arrogant rather than cheeky or confident....

However, it seems that he was genuinely doing this to get the Klits attention....and it's worked. He came off very well on Soccer AM recently and in a few of his blogs, he has shown that he can still be down to earth and humble while being confident...

I'm back on board! Lets hope he beats Vitali to set up a mega fight with Wlad, to determine the true HW Champion of the World!

Hey, he wants to emulate Evander Holyfield. Nothing wrong with that. Just hope he defends his title against legitimate contenders, like Holyfield did, when he wins it.

at least he's brave...but Vitali will destroy him in the ring.
