    You came back with a shitty answer. No, Cotto wasnt the #1 guy, May was but he retired so they have it to Cotto. :rofl:rofl:rofl Cotto clearly had a better resume and was gaining more good wins for himself. Margarito beat the #1 guy making him #1 and Williams aint #1. If he was Ring Magazine would have recognize him as the best. Case closed.

    Until Margarito avenges his loss, you can't automatically put him at #1 just because he beat a guy who has NEVER taken a belt from someone...

    Margarito is #1 but not the champ yet and when I mean by champ I mean getting the Ring Magazine belt. If he faces the top 3 and Williams is in the top three then he will be the champ.
